We love eating! It’s one of our favorite activities especially if we are in foreign countries. In fact we almost always eat the local food otherwise we’d feel like cheating going for the easy and more known choices.

We try to avoid fast food chains and Italian restaurants or similar ones, for this reason sometimes we end up wandering for hours searching for the right local place we feel like stopping at, while our hungriness grows more and more. It’s part of the traveling experience right?

Even before becoming vegetarian, we used to order some vegan or vegetarian meals, we simply liked the flavours and taste.

Following there are some yummy photos of some of the best meals we had on our trip so far, they are all vegetarian, some even raw vegan.

Starting from the top we have Puccia in Lecce, raw cold beetroot soup in Chiang Mai, Japanese style tofu steak in Bangkok, stir fried veggie rice with tofu and cinnamon in Chiang Mai and tofu and avocado baguette in Luang Prabang.
