Weekend Photo Theme is a weekly photography article where either Dale or Franca will choose a theme, select 5 pictures to sum that theme up & tie them together with their interests of Architecture, Art, Design & Travel.

Walking & walking & walking & walking. That’s all we ever do through city after city streets. We wouldn’t change it for the world. It’s how we truly discover a new location for ourselves. We love to take tours too, but walking amongst the locals is a great guide in itself.

However, how often do we truly look up?

More often than not people will be looking through shop windows, or browsing the wears of a street seller, or looking for a clear path between a crowd to escape the throngs.

And also, in appreciation of those people who took these fantastic shots, a possible shot of the lengths these spirited photographers may have gone to to capture them.

From now on – inspired by these pictures – I’m going to look up more. Who knows what we might see?

Are you inspired enough to do the same?
Do you always walk the same streets? How often do YOU look up?
